Software Terms & Conditions

Version 1 · published · 2026-09-12

1. What these terms cover

These terms govern access to and use of the Kassa application operated by NSHETH (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Kassa helps authorised users manage business records, projects, proposals, contracts, tasks, communications, files, payments and expenses.

These are software-use terms. Prices, project deliverables, service deadlines, advance payments, cancellation charges and refunds for work supplied by NSHETH or another business are governed by the relevant business terms, proposal or contract. Using Kassa does not by itself accept a project proposal or create a payment obligation.

These terms cover the installation identified above. If another organisation operates a separately hosted or rebranded Kassa installation, its operator must provide its own terms and privacy notice. Displaying the Kassa name does not make NSHETH the operator of every installation.

2. Accounts and authorised access

Kassa is intended for users aged 18 or over who can enter into a binding agreement and, where relevant, have authority to act for their organisation.

Use your own authorised account, keep credentials confidential and report suspected unauthorised access to [email protected]. Do not share passwords or attempt to access another person's account or records.

Administrators manage access and permissions. Partners and clients receive access appropriate to their assigned work or client relationship. Access can change when a role or business relationship changes.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

Security research and automated access require appropriate authorisation. Restrictions do not override rights that applicable law or a separate software licence expressly grants.

4. Your records and content

You retain your rights in the material you provide. You give us permission to store, process, display, transmit and back it up as needed to provide Kassa, support authorised use and meet applicable legal obligations.

You are responsible for having permission to submit information about clients, staff, partners and other people. Check the accuracy of records, uploaded files, recipients and public links before sharing them.

Kassa's software, interface, branding and third-party components remain subject to their respective ownership and licence terms. Access to this installation does not transfer ownership of the software or grant a right to redistribute it.

5. Payments, expenses and refunds

Kassa records financial information. Recording a payment or refund does not move money, operate a bank account or confirm settlement with a bank or payment provider. Users must complete and verify actual transfers separately.

A project marked Completed does not mean it has been paid. Cancelling a project does not automatically return an advance. Recording a refund does not automatically cancel the project.

Review amounts, currencies, allocations and supporting evidence before relying on a balance or report. Kassa does not replace independent accounting, tax or legal advice.

Any fee for paid software access, support or hosting must be separately agreed. These terms do not introduce an automatic subscription, renewal or software-access charge.

6. Proposals, contracts and delivery history

Publishing a document makes the selected version available through the relevant portal or authorised sharing link. Check its content and intended audience before publishing.

Client responses are associated with the document version and account used to submit them. Viewing a public proposal link is not acceptance. Only respond or approve on behalf of a person or organisation when you have authority.

Kassa records acknowledgements and delivery events; it does not represent its acceptance feature as a certified digital-signature service. Whether an agreement is enforceable depends on its content, the parties' authority and applicable law.

Published versions and task history may remain available after amendments, replacement or cancellation. Changing a current status does not erase earlier events.

7. AI assistance and external services

Where enabled, Kassa's administrative AI assistant uses an external provider to interpret instructions and propose records. Messages and business context can be sent to that provider as described in the Privacy Policy.

AI output may contain errors. An authorised administrator must review proposed actions before confirming them. AI output is not professional advice or proof that a transaction or contractual obligation is correct.

External links and services may have their own terms. Review them before using those services or providing information to them.

8. Availability, suspension and ending access

We take reasonable steps to operate and maintain Kassa, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, faults and third-party outages may affect access.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use, a material breach of these terms or the end of an authorised relationship. Where practicable and lawful, we will explain the reason and an available way to resolve it.

You may stop using Kassa and request account closure or a copy of information you are entitled to receive. We may verify your identity and authority. Closing access does not automatically delete financial records, agreement evidence, activity history or backups; the Privacy Policy explains retention.

9. Responsibility and disputes

Each party remains responsible for its own actions under applicable law. You should keep appropriate independent records and report errors promptly so they can be investigated.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer or privacy rights, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any separately agreed limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law.

For a complaint or dispute, contact [email protected] with enough detail for us to investigate. This contact process does not prevent you from approaching a competent court, regulator or other remedy available under applicable law.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The published version will show its effective date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or another appropriate channel and obtain agreement where required.

Changes to these software terms do not silently amend an already accepted project proposal or contract.
